We have 57 public toilet facilities in our parks and in shopping centres. We service every facility at least once per day and more frequently in high use areas.

We also conduct random weekly audits of our public toilet facilities to ensure they comply with cleaning standards, with our current success rate around 98 per cent.
To report faults, graffiti or cleanliness issues, call us on 9524 3333.

The National Public Toilet Map provides information on more than 16,000 publicly available toilets across Australia, including accessibility, opening hours and facilities such as showers and baby change table.
You can also download the official National Public Toilet Map iPhone app from the iTunes App Store.
Changing Places
Changing Places toilets are larger than standard accessible toilets providing people with disability and high support needs access to suitable, safe, and private bathroom facilities.
We currently have three Changing Places toilets located in Glen Eira:
- Bentleigh Library and Youth Hub, 161 Jasper Road, Bentleigh
- Murrumbeena Park Community Hub, 28 Gerald Street, Murrumbeena (MLAK)
- Carnegie Memorial Swimming Pool, Moira Avenue, Carnegie (MLAK)
For access to a Changing Places facility that requires a Master Locksmiths Access Key (MLAK), register through the Master Locksmiths Access Key website. The cost of a key is covered by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) as it is considered a support item to improve access to essential facilities.
