What to expect

When you visit our service:

1. Our team will confirm your vaccination history and eligibility.
2. You'll receive clear, up-to-date information about each vaccine.
3. A qualified immunisation nurse will administer your vaccine safely and efficiently.
4. You'll be observed for 15 minutes after your vaccination to ensure there are no immediate side effects.
5. Your immunisation record will be updated in the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR).
