National Carers Week — 13–21 October 2023

National Carers Week is a time to recognise and celebrate the outstanding contribution unpaid carers make to friends, family and neighbours — our local community.

Events and activities

We recognise carers as people who provide unpaid care and support to family members and/or friends with a disability, mental illness, chronic health issue or an older person with care needs. Anyone at any time can become a carer.
