Under the terms and conditions of your lease or licence, you need our written consent before you conduct any improvement works within your premises.

Please complete the form below and submit this together with a covering letter that includes any additional information such as relevant dates, start and finishing dates, the scope of works and any plans and drawings.

Please note: submitting this form does not give you landlord consent. You must get formal written consent before starting any improvement works. You may also need the necessary building and/or planning permits if required.

As the lessee or licensee you have sole management and control of your premises and are the principal contractor in respect of any works to be carried out. You must consider if this project will impact any areas within your leased premises that may pose a risk to persons or property i.e. hazardous materials (asbestos, lead paints), electrics and manage these works so as to discharge your responsibiities according to OHS law.
