    This is the third session in a series of three carer focussed sessions. You are welcome to attend all or some of the sessions.

    Under the theme of 'mastery and self-kindness' this session is practical, realistic, and designed for carers with zero spare time.  You will learn how a three-step framework will result in a simple but often forgotten formular -- self-compassion: being kinder to yourself = better care for others.
