Non-urgent issues
To report non-urgent issues in the following ways:
- submit a general enquiry or report an issue online
- email us at mail@gleneira.vic.gov.au
- use Snap Send Solve, free to download from the App Store and Google Play or visit www.snapsendsolve.com/
- call us on 03 9524 3333, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm (Tuesday 8am to 7.15pm)

Then email the Sports Liaison Officer at parkadmin@gleneira.vic.gov.au to ensure it can be actioned as soon as possible. If the Sports Liaison Officer is unavailable, contact Customer Service on 03 9524 3333.
After hours emergencies
To report urgent issues after hours (hours):
- call 03 9524 3333 and follow the prompts.
Note: A call-out fee of $115 may apply if the issue is not considered an emergency or if the club is at fault (eg. staying past your allocated time and needing assistance to lock up).
