June 2021 Council adopts detailed design for new Swim Centre Complete
June 2021 Council conducts EOI and commences tender for the head contractor Completed September 2021
October 2021 Heritage Appeal Heritage review and statutory process completed in February 2022
May 2022 Heritage Appeal Hearing Heritage Appeal Hearing scheduled on 17 May 2022
August 2022 Heritage Determination It takes up to 90 days from the hearing date for the Heritage Council to provide a determination on the heritage review.
December 2022 Award Tender On schedule
February 2023 Construction commences On schedule
