Gardenvale Park

Gardenvale Park provides significant green space for play, relaxing with a good book or small social gatherings through the use of the picnic shelter and BBQ. It is a great location to enjoy some time away under the beautiful trees that line the park.

This playground received an upgrade in 2019.  Under the natural shade of trees as well as shade sails, the new playground equipment includes

  • a series of climbing challenges
  • a net bridge and obstacle bridge
  • fixed hanging rings
  • slides
  • shop counter, mirror panel and voice tubes
  • a music panel
  • rockers
  • swings

Picnic shelter and BBQs

The picnic shelter is located close to the playground, with picnic tables available for social gatherings. There are BBQ facilities nearby to the picnic shelter to add another element to your picnic.

BBQs are a free communal facility for all users of the park. They are not included as part of a picnic shelter reservation.

Gardenvale Park is an on-leash area, which means you must keep your dog on-leash at all times.
