    This large, mature Eucalyptus radiata is a well-formed example of the species with a symmetrical spreading canopy that is prominent and highly visible from the surrounding area and is striking within the landscape. This tree makes a substantial contribution to the neighbourhood character and provides significant amenity to the community.

    It is and outstanding example of the species within Glen Eira due to its size, health and structure and the tree is utilised during the day by a range of native birdlife for feeding and roosting as well as owls and flying foxes at night.
