This young-mature Wallangarra White Gum is located in the rear yard of a private property and is a fairly uncommon species to be found growing on private lands within the municipality.

This tree still has a lot of growth potential and ability to become more impressive, however is already one of the largest trees within the local area, which is notable for a lack of substantial canopy trees.

Although located away from the street frontage, it still has significant aesthetic value and visual appeal from the public realm, providing amenity to the wider community. It makes a major contribution to the local landscape and neighbourhood character.
