Based on its size, this is a particularly old example of a fruiting Mulberry tree to be found within a suburban garden. The tree has an outstanding canopy spread, which is wider than the tree is tall. It provides significant shading and coverage over a large amount of private open space.

The long, arching limbs give the tree a curious form and growth habit, resulting in its impressive canopy spread.

It is a particularly healthy and well cared for tree, resulting in it being an outstanding example of the species for the entire municipality.
