    It is a well-formed tree that is striking in the landscape and makes a substantial contribution to the neighbourhood character and provides amenity to the community with substantial canopy coverage.

    This is an uncommon species to be found within the entire municipality and given its size, health, prominence and maturity, it is an outstanding example of the species for the local area.
