If you are a local business, stallholder or vendor keen to participate in a range of diverse and inclusive arts and culture events, we want to hear from you! To get involved, please complete the expression of interest (EOI) form below.
Please note our calendar of events is currently on hold to protect the community against COVID-19. But we encourage you to register your interest below for future events.
How to apply
To apply, please submit the form below. EOI for each event closes 6 weeks before each event. We won't accept incomplete, incorrect or late applications. The final decision rests with Council.
After you submit the form, we'll send you an automatic email reply to let you know we've received it. Submitting an EOI is stage one in the application process. It doesn't guarantee participation at an event. We'll let you know by email if you've made stage two of the process, which will require more information and, in some cases, payment.
Do you prioritise certain applications?
Yes, we give preference to Glen Eira-based community groups, not-for-profit organisations and commercial vendors/businesses.
If you want to run a food stall, please be aware that we give preference to those offering healthy meal options. For further information, visit our food safety page.
Is there a fee?
Yes, the site fee for a commercial vendor/business is $150 per event.
How much space do I get?
You'll get a site space of up to 6 x 3 metres. Requests for more space incur an additional fee and are subject to approval.
Do I need to be registered or insured?
If you're a food vendor, you must be registered on Streatrader.
If your organisation has an ABN, you must hold your own public liability insurance of not less than $20,000,000.
