These reports provide an overview of how we are tracking against key performance measures and provides transparency on the progress made in delivering our commitments to the community in the Council Plan 2025–2029 and the annual Action Plan 2025–2026.
Performance reporting
This report provides a transparent update on the progress we’ve made from July to December 2025, a period where we continued to focus on the things that matter most to our community. Across the first half of the year, we made good progress on the projects, initiatives and services that sit at the heart of our Council Plan.
This includes making our neighbourhoods safer and more connected, keeping our parks, facilities and activity centres vibrant and accessible, continuing our environmental work, and strengthening long‑term financial sustainability. We advanced our annual Action Plan, with the overwhelming majority of actions on track and clear momentum across all four strategic directions.
