The demand for our facilities by community groups in the municipality is always increasing and our property portfolio is managed to maximise usage for programs and services that benefit the community.
In accordance with section 115 of the Local Government Act 2020 and our Public Transparency Policy 2020, we are committed to being transparent and accountable by providing information about current leases and licences.
This lease register is updated quarterly. If you require a more recent copy, please contact our Property Officer on 03 9524 3333.
Please note, this register does not contain those lease agreements for our Independent Living Units or our seasonal sporting allocations.
