What happens with your submission?
Your submission has been registered and will be presented to Council for their consideration.
Please be advised that in accordance with Section 21(2) of the Planning and Environment Act 1987, the Planning Authority must make available a copy of your submission for any person to inspect during office hours.
Council may also provide a copy of your submission to the Independent Planning Panels if requested for the purpose of its consideration and review as part of the planning process under the Planning and Environment Act 1987.
Submissions with Multiple Signatories
Please also be advised that if your submission was on behalf of more than one person (ie. containing multiple signatories), the first person who signed the submission will be the only person to receive this acknowledgement letter as well as being the only person to be notified about the future meetings. However all submitters are welcome to attend these meetings.
A Planning Conference will occur on 26th March 2020 at 6:30pm to be held at the Theatrette at Town Hall.. The aim of the Planning Conference is to discuss details of the amendment and submissions and provide an opportunity for Councillors to hear those who have made formal submissions. The Planning Conference will be chaired by a Councillor and will involve Planning Officers. This is the only opportunity available for interested parties to verbally address their concerns to Council.
