Jenny Zhe Chang: Light with hope — Sharing

Light with hope — Sharing is a site-specific installation created by local artist Jenny Zhe Chang to explore Chinese-Australian identity and cultural traditions.

18 January–5 February
Gallery Two

The installation features Chinese lanterns with sensor motions and lights.

Traditional bamboo steamer sculptures are displayed on a table to symbolise the act of sharing ‘dim sum’ dishes during Yum Cha and encourage ideas of resilience, hope, and wellbeing.
