About the role
As the Customer Service Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable and secure operation of Council's Customer Service systems.
Your job will involve providing regular and ad hoc reports, updating customer tracking categories and Knowledge Bank guidelines, assisting with the training for Service Centre staff and co-ordinating business systems development, innovation and improvements.
About you
We are looking for someone who has a passion for customer service and is highly motivated, energetic and driven. To be successful in this role, you will need good attention to detail and be able to prepare quality reports on Service Centre operations.
You will be someone who can meaningfully engage and communicate with multiple stakeholders across the business and provide leadership to the Customer Service team.
Skills and experience
- Tertiary qualification in a business management, project management, IT or a related discipline, and/or substantial experience in a customer service leadership role.
- Ability to conduct training sessions, workshops and presentations.
- Understanding and experience in the supervision of a Service Centre.
- Proven experience in a high volume, complex customer service environment.
