Fraud and Corruption

On 23 February 2010, Council approved a Fraud and Corruption Policy. This Policy is the central reference document for dealing with the suspicion of or detection of fraud.

The Policy promotes and guides the conduct of all Councillors, staff (including officers) and external parties associated with Council, with a view to avoidance of fraud. It also demonstrates that Council is committed to the detection and investigation of fraudulent occurrences.
