Property numbering

Property identification plays a significant role in ensuring our community retains a high level of safety.

In addition to having your guests, customers, personal mail and emergency services arriving on time, clear and concise property identification could assist in reducing the number of vehicle and pedestrian accidents within the community by assisting people to identify a property without breaking their concentration on the road.

Our local law requires residents to maintain and display their property number so that it is clearly visible from the road or footpath. Penalties of up to $200 can apply where owners are found to be not complying.
