How to get to Murrumbeena
The tour commences from outside the Newsagency at 456 Neerim Road, Murrumbeena.
Residents are encouraged to head to the tour starting point by public transport. Murrumbeena is well serviced by rail and bus. The Cranbourne and Pakenham Lines are regular services from the Melbourne CBD. The tour is also serviced by bus routes 822 and 624.*
There are a range of great shops, cafes and eateries along Neerim and Murrumbeena Road, so support your local traders and make a day of it. For further information, visit the Murrumbeena Village website.
Remember to use sunscreen and bring along some water, a hat and wear comfortable shoes. The tour is mostly flat terrain but there are some hills involved. A moderate level of fitness is required.
