| Like all organisations which serve the community, Glen Eira City Council is accountable to the people it serves and each year produces a number of publications which report on its performance against expectations and requirements, and which set out its plans and directions for the future.
The Annual Report and the Community Plan, produced annually, work hand-in-hand to provide an overall picture of the ways in which Council is carrying out its duty to support the community — the goals it is setting, the directions it is taking and the manner in which it is achieving those goals and directions.
Council also produces a monthly newspaper which communicates regularly with the people of Glen Eira, reporting on Council activities and promoting opportunities available to the community.
