    Hard rubbish and bundled branches

Hard rubbish and bundled branches are collected on call. Residents are entitled to three free hard rubbish collections and three free bundled branch collections each financial year.

    How to book a collection

Residents must make a booking by contacting us on 9524 3333 or by booking a collection online.

Place the material for collection on the nature strip on the day you make the booking. The material will be collected within four working days. Please do not place out quantities in excess of 4 cubic metres for hard rubbish and 3 cubic metres for bundled branches. If the quantity exceeds the amount specified, none of the material will be collected.

If booking for hard rubbish and bundled branch collections, make a separate booking for each service.
