The Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) keeps an account of your child’s immunisations from birth to 19 years of age.
An Immunisation History Statement will be sent to you when your child is one, two and four/five years of age. This lists all immunisations recorded, and it notes any that are overdue or missing.

You can request a copy of your child’s immunisation details at any time. The most common type of immunisation status certificate is an Immunisation History Statement from AIR. This statement can be used to finalise enrolment for childcare, kindergarten or primary school.
