Under the terms and conditions of community leases and licences, the written consent of Council as landlord is required prior to a tenant undertaking any improvement works on the premises. Complete the form below and submit this, together with a covering letter seeking formal landlord consent and including any relevant dates (commencement/completion) plans and drawings.

Please note: submitting this form does not constitute landlord consent. You need to receive formal written consent before commencing any improvement works and obtain the necessary building and/or planning permits if so required.
